Dear Renters In Our Neighborhood

Oh Dear Renters in our Neighborhood,
It is impolite to light off fireworks for an hour at 11pm when you live on a street full of young kids who are trying to sleep. We would also appreciate it if you could not drop the F-bomb (and other naughty words) every five seconds when my children and other children are playing within earshot of you. Please, please don't blast gangster music with all your windows open and sit in your garage drinking and smoking and cussing loudly with the garage door open at night, its really inconsiderate to your neighbors who actually own their homes and value this community...also mow your freaking lawn there are like 10 of you living in that house one of you is bound to know how to operate a lawn mower. Thanks bunches!
